Franco Breciano
Co-Founder & CEO
Franco founded RAY when realizing during Covid 19, that restaurants had lost their tools and skills to keep close relationships with their customers, and depended on third party platforms for orders and reservations to keep their business alive.
When ChatGPT 3.5 was launched, he saw an opportunity to help restaurants recover their own relationships with consumers by using acombination of ai agents in all their forms combined with existing POS systems, mobile apps and a state of the art websites that LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude could understand. This is how RAY was born, pioneering the way consumers interact with restaurants.
Sebastian Cadenas
Co-Founder & COO
Sebastian joined RAY to empower restaurant owners and operators to turn every customer interaction into growth, drawing from his economics background and fintech roots in scaling startups across Latin America and the United States.
His latest company, founded in 2014, was Increase.app, a fintech powerhouse for SME financial reconciliation that served 20,000+ points of sale, won Visa Everywhere and Google Demo Day awards, and was acquired by Argenpay, the fintech arm of Argentina's second-largest private bank, Banco Macro.
When not in front of his computer, he can be found reading, cooking for family and friends, training for a marathon, hiking a mountain, or traveling.
