Co-Founder & CEO
Franco founded RAY after seeing how restaurants lost direct relationships with their customers during Covid-19, becoming dependent on third-party platforms to survive.
He saw an opportunity to help them reclaim those relationships using AI agents, modern websites, and mobile apps. This is how RAY was born, pioneering the way consumers interact with restaurants.
Jim Marzano
Head of Customer Success
Jim leads the Customer Success team at RAY, ensuring every restaurant gets maximum value from the platform from day one.
With extensive experience in customer relationship management and restaurant operations, Jim is dedicated to helping owners achieve measurable results and build lasting relationships with their diners.
Uriel Chami
Tech Lead
Uriel leads the technical development at RAY, building the platform that enables restaurants to connect directly with their customers.
With strong experience in software engineering and systems architecture, Uriel focuses on creating scalable, high-performance solutions that drive growth for every restaurant.
Sebastian Cadenas
COO
Sebastian joined RAY to empower restaurants to turn every customer interaction into growth, drawing from his economics background and experience scaling startups across Latin America and the United States.
He previously founded Increase.app, a fintech that served 20,000+ points of sale, won Visa Everywhere and Google Demo Day awards, and was acquired by Argenpay (Banco Macro).
